As a lending expert, I will identify, structure and package the best loan program – at the most competitive rates – to accomplish your specific goals and get your loan closed quickly!

As an experienced home loan expert, I will review your income, credit and financial statements and provide different loan options that will best accomplish your goals.

Once we’ve submitted your loan to the Lender, the typical approval turnaround time is 1 or 2 business days. During this time, we will order the appraisal if one is required, and continue to anticipate additional lender requirements to close on the transaction.

Once your loan is clear-to-close, my processing department will work diligently with all parties involved to prepare the documents necessary to close the loan, sometimes the very same day!
How long does the whole process take?
My average is 15 days from submission to clear-to-close — most clients go from accepted offer to keys in well under 30 days. The pre-approval up front takes about a day.
What documents do I need to apply?
Usually recent pay stubs, two years of W-2s or tax returns, two months of bank statements, and photo ID. Self-employed borrowers need business returns — I provide a simple checklist.
What’s the difference between pre-qualification and pre-approval?
Pre-qualification is an estimate from stated numbers. Pre-approval means documents and credit are verified — sellers take it far more seriously.
What happens after I apply?
Appraisal, title work, and underwriting — and my job is pushing all of it, chasing all of it, and telling you about all of it. You’ll never wonder where your loan stands.
Can everything be done remotely?
Yes — applications, document uploads, and most signings can be handled electronically anywhere in Indiana.
