I’m Greg Rank, a licensed mortgage broker based in Carmel, Indiana, serving buyers, homeowners, and investors across Indianapolis, Hamilton County, and throughout the state of Indiana. With over 30 years in the mortgage industry, I’ve helped thousands of clients navigate one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I started in the mortgage business because I genuinely love helping people. Homeownership changes lives, it builds wealth, creates stability, and gives families roots in a community. For first-time buyers, the process can feel overwhelming. For experienced buyers, every transaction is different. My job is to make the complex simple, the confusing clear, and the process as smooth as possible, every single time.

I’m licensed as a mortgage broker through Channelwood Mortgage (NMLS #129852), and my personal NMLS number is #138276. I operate with full transparency, you’ll always know your rate, your costs, and your options before you make any commitments.

My office is located at 1980 E. 116th Street, Suite 110 in Carmel, right in the heart of the communities I serve. I work with buyers and homeowners in Marion County, Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield), Hendricks County, Boone County, Johnson County, and beyond. I’m able to arrange and close Florida loans through Channelwood Mortgage, which holds the Florida license. I can close DSCR investment property loans in most states, a handful require me to be licensed in the state where the property is located.
